These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of summittpianos.com and any purchase or service you receive from Summitt Pianos LLC ("Summitt Pianos," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3889 Hixson Pike, Chattanooga, TN 37415. By using our website, placing an order, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, or interfere with its operation. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
2. Products and pricing
We work to display our pianos and products accurately, including photos, descriptions, and condition. Because many of our instruments are new, used, or restored, small differences in color, finish, or wear may exist. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
4. Delivery and services
Delivery, tuning, and other services are scheduled with you directly. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather, access, or scheduling. You are responsible for making sure the delivery location is accessible and safe for moving a piano. Additional charges may apply for stairs, tight spaces, or special handling, and we will tell you about these before the job.
5. Returns, refunds, and warranties
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Any warranty on an instrument will be provided in writing at the time of sale.
6. SMS / text messaging terms
- Program description: Summitt Pianos sends text messages to customers who opt in. Messages relate to your inquiries, appointments, orders, deliveries, and customer support. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- How you opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.

- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Summitt Pianos or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Summitt Pianos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service involved.
